Injection Molding Fundamentals
Our trainers assist team members in improving their productivity, reducing scrap, and efficiently using time to stay in time-bounded delivery models. By explaining testing protocols and doing a rigorous statistical tooling qualification, we ensure consistent part quality.
Our comprehensive induction and on-job training in injection moulding fundamentals include elementary knowledge about machine, material, process and mould.
Part Design, Mould Design and Mould Making
The team is trained in engineering both part and mould design for new part development as well as in house tool development and maintenance.
The training offers design critiques, helping render full engineering drawings and computing feasible costing. During the training, our trainers address topics like defects and solutions, mold settings, design experiments and machine maintenance.
